Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within this 14-day period. You can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account or contact us at info@asaninstudio.com. You may also notify us of your decision to withdraw before your order has been dispatched. Please include your order number if possible.

After notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned within 14 days. The return address and return instructions will be provided in connection with your return request.

Please handle the item with care and, where possible, return it with its original labels attached. You have the right to inspect and try on the item in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, we may be entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value.

You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), although this is not mandatory.

Return Shipping

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@asaninstudio.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will then assist you with your claim.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or a different item, please return the original item according to the instructions above and place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and processed your return.

For returns, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. If you withdraw from the entire order, the cost of our standard delivery will also be refunded. Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided evidence that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
