TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the ASANIN online store. The online store is operated by ASANIN Studio under the ASANIN brand. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the information in the order confirmation is correct and contact us as soon as possible at info@asaninstudio.com if anything is incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if, for example, an item is out of stock, there is an obvious pricing error, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded.

Prices and Payment

All prices in the online store are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT unless otherwise stated.

Any shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment providers available at the time of purchase.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas and using the delivery options available at checkout.

The estimated delivery time is provided when placing your order or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

If your delivery is delayed, you have the rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing at a distance. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item.

Complaints and Defective Items

If an item is defective, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Please contact us at info@asaninstudio.com, provide your order number and describe the issue. We may also ask you to provide photographs showing the defect to help us process your claim.

If your claim is approved, ASANIN will cover the costs necessary to remedy the defect in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Product Information

We strive to represent our products, including colours, materials and details, as accurately as possible. However, the colour and appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on factors such as your screen, device and display settings.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information and pricing errors, and products may sell out.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content of this website, including texts, photographs, images, graphics, logos, designs and other materials, belongs to ASANIN Studio or is used with the permission of the respective rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ASANIN trademark is registered and protected.

The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the written permission of ASANIN Studio.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it together with you.

As a consumer, you may also refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). We follow ARN's recommendations.

You also have the right to have a dispute heard by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The Terms and Conditions that were in effect at the time you placed your order will apply to that purchase.
